What You’ll Do: The SailPoint subscription services team champions helping our customers get maximum value out of SailPoint products and services, so the business gets maximum lifetime value and loyalty from the customer. The Renewal Manager is responsible for renewing services subscriptions, forecasting global services renewals, and enabling the field on successful renewal motions. This includes engagement scoping, interfacing with client project team, and service delivery for our customers. This position (part of our Professional Services team) is responsible for qualifying, scoping and closing services renewal opportunities. This position is a senior position requiring an advanced technical skill set and experience gained from numerous Identity and SaaS product implementations. Responsibilities: Organize and forecast the recurring services renewalsCollaborate with the customer teams on renewal accountsEnable the services team on successful renewal motionsOrganize Business Review Checkpoints to drive renewal successDevelop budgeting and coordinate license co-term with account teamCoordinate internal account reviews with customer account teamDevelop renewal strategies and identify upsell / expand opportunitiesAssist with the sales process for services portions of new deals and renewals, including presentations, RFP responses, proposal negotiation, and statement of work generationEnsure that services are provided, implemented correctly and billed in a timely and accurate mannerManage with a focus on profitability and productivity to ensure client satisfactionManage the business relationship between SailPoint and assigned client accountsMonitor accounts for change in solution/product usage, personnel, goals, mission, financial conditions, competitor involvement and other areas that could have an effect on clients’ ongoing use and/or satisfaction with SailPoint’s products and servicesProvide strategic updates on services renewal trends to SailPoint Senior Management.Identify new opportunities for expanding SailPoint product/service usage to maximize client success and SailPoint revenue growthRequirements: 5-7+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator.
