Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.  Job Summary As the Sr. Manager of ERP Development, you will be responsible for the team of developers and deliver SAP ERP capabilities and applications. Description Lead a team of talented individuals to develop and deliver SAP ERP capabilities and applications. Highly technical leader who collaborates with various teams to deliver effective SAP capabilities. Manage product backlogs and lead the team in SCRUM activities. Work with SAP Functional analysts to understand the requirements, architect the solution, and deliver ERP capabilities. Collaborate with Basis administrators, and GRC resources to deploy the applications with correct security privileges. Ensure security standards are well understood and proper controls are implemented, tracked and any deviation is quickly remediated. Deliver for business continuity and disaster recovery goals for various applications. Manage Product scope, budget and resources. Develop and be accountable for critical vendor partnerships needed for success. Requirement Possess strong experience in SAP based technologies. Well experienced with Cloud based application architectures. Experience of having worked in SCRUM environment and knowledge of SCRUM Framework. Grasp of coding languages like Java, JavaScript and Python is a plus. Strategic mindset – Able to think far enough into the future while ensuring near term execution and providing glide path into the future vision Salary Range for California Based Applicants : $168,000 to $193,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
