Role Summary:
Program Manager will work cross-functionally with Capex, manufacturing engineering, facilities, finance, strategy and corporate development to deliver on our global expansion plans. They will own program design, metrics setup, data analytics and critical path management in partnership with Global Supply Manager (GSMs) to ensure all success criteria are met. Support in timely and CapEx efficient design, execution, and life cycle sustaining of new factories and equipment projects with manufacturing engineering partners and key cross-functional teams. You must have experience clearly communicating a story using data and visuals while applying lean concepts to sustainably improve processes cross-functionally. This will be a results-driven role where you will have exposure to the Capital Equipment, Operations and Manufacturing organization.
Responsibilities :
Track and drive program metrics regarding critical path, budgets, and quality for future factory development
Partner with Finance/GSM/Manufacturing Engineering on budgeting, reconciliation, and forecasting
Build budgets and capex spend projections for future factories based on historical data and should cost analysis.
Work closely alongside CapEx purchasing managers to support reporting on build requirement, cash flow based on milestones, tracking sourcing progress and cost tracking.
Develop relationship with manufacturing engineering, product development, and other cross functional teams to aid in cost informed design for manufacturability and other decision making
Develop relationship with strategy and corporate development organization to aid in global expansion roadmap development.
Develop, Drive and execute strategic initiatives for the CapEx organization including data-driven decision making in capital procurement.
Clear understanding of scope, roadblocks, and strategy to optimize current program plans.
Build KPI dashboards and should cost models with the data analytics teams for all capital equipment projects and programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering
5+ years of relevant work experience
Appreciation for the art of managing evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Highly collaborative mindset, good interpersonal, and attention to detail.
Necessity: Ability to Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders in an effective and impactful manner, and ability to communicate through data. Ability to distill complex information to different levels of the organization.
Highly preferred: Ability to use SQL (or similar) and develop clear and concise visualizations using Tableau (or similar)
Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $150,000-$173,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
