Engage in risk assessments, and then build and track mitigation strategies to address potential threats to compliance and user safety
Facilitate the strategic development and execution of compliance frameworks that are robust enough to handle current regulations while also being flexible enough to adapt to emerging challenges
Act as a bridge between internal teams to ensure that compliance standards and best practices are seamlessly integrated into product development and operational workflows
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance regulatory processes, leveraging insights and feedback to foster a culture of ongoing improvement within Trust & Safety

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of effectively engaging and influencing senior leadership and aligning diverse teams
Experience preparing for audits or managing responses to regulatory inquiries (RFIs), and an ability to drive continuous process improvements
Ability to handle sensitive content and emotionally charged escalations with tact, and to work with a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset
Collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with a strong ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
