The ability to effectively communicate with Clients, Developers, and Management will ensure a successful career with our growing team.RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate with clients to elicit, document, and guide requirements and project workflowsCreate use cases and/or report specifications for approval by clients and the Development teamEffectively communicate with Management and project teams across the organizationGather specifications from clients and third party vendorsEnsure that all security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies and controls are adhered toAssist and mentor teammates to provide leadership and evangelize best practicesEXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experienceFinancial Industry experience with in-depth banking knowledge a+Excellent communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsMotivated by providing excellent Customer ServicePassion for technologyDesire to join a winning team, prove yourself, and ramp up quicklyPreferred:Experience contributing in an Agile development environmentFamiliarity with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemExperience with MS Visio or equivalent softwareInformal or academic experience with software developmentThis position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
