Your Role As Sr. Program Manager reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, you'll be the operational backbone that transforms our marketing organization from good to exceptional. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you'll have direct access to executive leadership while driving the operational transformation that scales our marketing effectiveness across a $400M ARR business. This isn't your typical program management role - you'll be the operational architect who turns strategic vision into systematic execution. You'll identify AI opportunities we're not capitalizing on, optimize workflows that could be exponentially more efficient, and scale processes that work brilliantly in one team across our entire 1,500+ person organization. You'll operationalize everything from our quarterly planning process to our cross-functional project delivery, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Direct SVP reporting relationship means: immediate exposure to executive strategy sessions, board-level visibility on your initiatives, fast-track decision-making, and direct input into organizational direction. Your initial focus will be operationalizing our marketing organization end-to-end. This includes conducting a comprehensive AI audit across demand generation, sales enablement, customer marketing, and operations to identify immediate optimization opportunities. Simultaneously, you'll design our quarterly planning process, implement systematic project tracking across all marketing initiatives, and build operational cadences that ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll establish the operational foundation that scales our marketing effectiveness and drives measurable productivity gains within your first quarter. What You'll Do Operationalize our entire marketing planning process - from quarterly OKR setting to weekly execution rhythms. Design and implement systematic project delivery frameworks that ensure cross-functional initiatives actually get completed. Build comprehensive operational cadences - from weekly marketing leadership meetings and monthly all-hands to quarterly business reviews and project status reporting - that drive accountability, visibility, and team alignment. Create and manage marketing operations playbooks that scale successful processes across all teams. Lead a comprehensive AI audit across all marketing functions to identify immediate productivity gains and build implementation roadmaps. Drive tool evaluation, procurement, and rollout across marketing to maximize operational efficiency. Identify workflow bottlenecks and design systematic solutions that scale across demand generation, customer marketing, sales enablement, and marketing operations. Operationalize our approach to testing and scaling new technologies and processes. Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team strategic initiatives (like launches, campaign optimization programs, organizational restructuring). Drive cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. Create systematic approaches to project planning, resource allocation, and delivery tracking. Serve as the operational extension of the SVP of Marketing on high-stakes initiatives. Coordinate executive communications, board deck preparation, and strategic planning processes. Manage confidential organizational changes including team restructuring and process optimization. Lead special projects requiring executive discretion and flawless operational execution. Skills You'll Bring 5+ years in program management, marketing operations, or strategic operations roles at high-growth technology companies. Proven track record of operationalizing marketing organizations and scaling processes across multiple teams. Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs from conception through delivery. Strong background in marketing operations, process design, and cross-functional project leadership. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical thinking with experience building business cases and measuring transformation ROI. Proven ability to translate strategic vision into tactical execution across multiple teams. Experience working directly with C-suite executives as a strategic thought partner. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present to leadership and facilitate cross-functional alignment. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential strategic initiatives. Proficiency in the marketing technology stack and process optimization. Experience with AI tools and workflow automation preferred.
