Job Requisition ID #25WD91840Position OverviewAutodesk is seeking a motivated, experienced, and skilled engineer to join our Connected Delivery platform team. This platform is responsible for enabling the discovery, download, and installation of all the Autodesk products, services, and third-party apps. You'll be responsible for building a resilient, scalable, and highly available full-stack application. As an ideal candidate, you’ll have led teams developing modern web experiences with cloud services in a fast-paced, agile environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign and Develop: Create high-quality, secure, and performant features that exceed expectationsProject and Team Leadership: Provide leadership in breaking down, estimating, and organizing work for efficient project executionAgile Participation: Engage actively in agile ceremonies within the scrum team to ensure smooth project progressionCollaboration: Work closely with product managers and the development team to understand and elaborate on requirementsTroubleshooting: Collaborate with the team to diagnose and resolve code-level issues swiftly and effectivelyIncident Response: Be available on a rotational basis for escalated incidents after hours or on weekends to ensure 24/7 platform availabilityBest Practices Guidance: Offer guidance to the team and other departments on software development best practicesRisk Management: Identify potential risks and propose effective mitigation strategies associated with designsMentorship: Mentor and develop junior developers to foster their professional growthMinimum QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferredProfessional Experience: Over 2 to 4 years of professional experience in developing scalable, distributed applicationsTeam Collaboration: Proven experience working within large, distributed teams with significant responsibilityProgramming Expertise: Strong proficiency in programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJS, and ReactJSFrameworks Knowledge: Extensive experience with frameworks like NextJS, NestJS, and the .NET frameworkAPI Development: Proven experience in designing and building RESTful APIs using Microservices architectureCloud Solutions: Strong expertise in building cloud-based API platforms or backend systems#LI-PJ1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
