Principal Product Manager (Robotics)

About the Role As a Principal Product Manager (Robotics), you will  own the vision and strategy of our Robotics platform which includes both Robotics hardware and AI/ML based software (perception, motion planning, control, etc.). You will be responsible for developing and owning the requirements and related multi-year roadmaps that will allow us to scale our Robotics applications with customers and partners. You will work closely with the commercial teams to understand marketing and sales roadmaps and align core capabilities to future opportunities. You will work closely with the leadership team to prioritize differentiated capabilities (and delegate undifferentiated development to partners and channels). You will also serve as the product management "bar raiser" for other product managers in the team by helping establish PM best practices.   About Dexterity: At Dexterity, we believe robots can positively transform the world. Required Qualifications and Skill Sets 6-10 years of Product Management experience in Enterprise (B2B) Software and Hardware products In depth understanding and working experience in one or more areas related to  Robotics, Autonomy, AI/ML or Data Infrastructure Strong experience with products that combine both hardware and software, and understanding of what it takes to scale the following:  Hardware products/platforms (incl. safety, compliance, reliability)  Software products/platforms with AI/ML, algorithms, or deep data foundation Demonstrated track record in key areas such as product vision & strategy,  discovery, prioritization, GTM enablement, and product scaling Experience scaling products with mid-large enterprises and network of Partners Ability to develop and deliver against deeply technical multi-year roadmaps that impact multiple products Strong verbal and written communication   Preferred Qualifications and Skills Sets  Startup to Scaleup experience Business Domains: Supply Chain, Warehouse Logistics, Manufacturing Masters in CS, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related areas   Base pay is one element of our Total Rewards package which may also include comprehensive benefits and equity etc., depending on eligibility. The annual base salary range for this position is from $150,000 to $210,000. The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as years of relevant experience, skills, education etc. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
