Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to join our Procurement Shared Services Center in Bengaluru, India who has expertise in the following key areas:
Procure to Pay (P2P) Lifecycle
Sourcing Background
Stellar Contract Language Reviewer
Project Management
Reporting & Analytics
With a strong tactical sourcing background, you will be part of the Sourcing Triage & Spot Buy Team responsible for triaging incoming sourcing requests to follow the right purchase channel, conducting spot buys, source suppliers, review contracts, project manage end to end execution of assigned activities with a specific dollar threshold to support the stakeholders requirement while leveraging various tools and following the Twilio procurement process

Twilio is looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst who is capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment, is a go-getter, highly motivated, customer centric, and responsive. They should be incredibly process driven with a high level of attention to detail and be able to work with various internal tools. They also have
Minimum 6-8 years experience in roles in Procurement
5 year independently conducting spot buys and RFXs across Tech and Non-Tech categories such as Software, Hardware, Marketing, Corporate Services and others
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Tech, Legal, Engineering, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent work experience
Demonstrable experience of negotiating commercial concepts including true ups, tiered discount structures and penalties for burst etc.
Exceptional ability to redline/identify key ‘risky’ commercial and legal contract clauses and knowledge of utilizing different legal documents (MSA’s, Order forms, SOW’s). Ability to understand general Privacy and Security concerns
Extremely flexible & has experience supporting global customers
An analytical mindset, able to make sound business decisions and have a strong aptitude in Excel pivot tables provide data driven insights
A positive ‘can-do,’ service attitude, proactive, able to move fast and make well thought out decisions
An exceptional communicator (written and verbal).
Team player with a history of creating strong relationships with customers and business partners
You’re data driven and detail oriented, relying on research and benchmarks and your strong knowledge of the technology vendor landscape
Experience using ServiceNow, Coupa, and Oracle is a plus
Qualifications
You will be at the forefront of incoming sourcing requests
You will review sourcing requests, obtain additional information and triage these requests to the right sourcing channel e.g. preferred vendors, fast buy, direct to PO etc.
Proactively identify and eliminate maverick spend requests by routing them through approved sourcing avenues
You will be working with internal stakeholders to understand and spot source suppliers to meet requirements while addressing budget, service levels, and other total cost of ownership (TCO) factors
Provide white glove/concierge service by being an end to end project manager for all business requirements from your stakeholders
At all time ensure highest levels of customer satisfactions (CSAT) & on time delivery with consistent Turn Around Time (TAT) as per the set SLAs
You will be negotiating supplier terms & conditions such that key requirements (cost, price, specification, quality, logistic, legal, data privacy, security, reliability) are fulfilled
Manage end to end contract lifecycle on Agiloft/CLM tool, provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders & minimise escalations
You will be leveraging internal reporting and data for supplier and solution consolidation opportunities across the company
You will be gathering and analyzing spending data, as well as local, regional, and global market data to ensure competitive pricing through all phases of contract negotiations
Exercises judgment within defined policies and procedures to determine appropriate action
Establish and maintain business relationships with relevant internal stakeholders, proactively engage with internal customers to understand their plans and future needs as well as manage proactive reporting
Consistently provide feedback to upper management regarding the status of projects, activities, and/or initiatives
Support contract execution process by preparing and processing contracts through DocuSign
Establish self as a cross-category expert including technologies, theories, or techniques.

WRITE IT DOWN: Diligently document & flag non-compliance to procurement process and policy & educate business users on Procurement principles, theories, and concepts to achieve optimal results
EMPOWER OTHERS: Advise/assist internal customers regarding procurement process and update Agiloft tickets and review Coupa approvals and contracts
BE INCLUSIVE: Work closely with Legal, Information Security, Privacy teams to review drafts of contracts and ensure the complaint process is followed in accordance with procurement policy. Obtaining
