We are looking for a Senior HR Data Operations Analyst to join our Human Resources department in Barcelona.As a Senior HR Data Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving data accuracy, process efficiency, and system improvements across our HR operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment where your expertise in Workday and HR data will directly impact the employee experience and operational success.If you're passionate about HR systems, thrive in a collaborative setting, and enjoy solving complex data challenges, we’d love to hear from you.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent5+ years of relevant working experience in similar roles3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday.Proficient in EnglishIt would be great if you also had…  A strong understanding of HR data integrity and compliance best practices.Experience leading or mentoring others in a data operations or HRIS environment.Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving complex data issues within Workday or similar HR systems.A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional and global team settings.What will you be doing in this role? Own and perform routine data audits to ensure data integrity; proactively research and resolve discrepancies in Workday.Research and provide guidance on Workday transactions as required. Manage inbound Workday Help cases and emails. Increase the efficiency and accuracy of transaction processing. Guide and lead process improvements, enhancements, and training opportunities based on data trends. Support testing and operational troubleshooting for initiatives within the HR Technology roadmap while owning the creation of clear, scalable training materials used across various audiences within the business.Advise and/or design routine audits and troubleshooting to correct and maintain accurate HR data within HRIS. Provide excellent customer service and Workday data support for Clarivate colleagues.   Coordinate data issue resolution and escalates to the direct manager where appropriate.  Educate colleagues on practices and tools, including Workday, to encourage colleagues and managers to resolve issues on their own through direct access while demonstrating excellent client service.  Maintain team standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy as processes change.Lead training and onboarding for new members of the team. Resolve the more complex data issues that others on the team are not able to address.  Assist in cascading process enhancements down to the rest of the team.  Take on informal leadership opportunities for the team. Build internal relationships to resolve issues through collaboration, focusing on procedures and outcomes. About the Team   You’ll be reporting to the Manager, People Operations, based in US.You’ll be part of our People Operations team, within our highly respected global Human Resources department, which includes team members across the US, UK, EU, and APAC regions.The team culture is dynamic, creative, and supportive – excellence, integrity, and care are in our DNA.Hours of Work  This is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours a week (35 hours during July and August).
