The Deal Desk Manager will serve as player-coach, responsible for managing a team of analysts while modeling and structuring complex deals. This role requires expertise in financial modeling, revenue recognition, and SaaS business models to optimize deal structures that align company and customer goals. This role partners closely with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Finance teams to consult on compliant deal execution while ensuring deal approvals are in place when exceptions are required. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team management responsibilities, evolving from primarily individual contributor work to increased management focus as the team scales. The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy.
