ResponsibilitiesProvide L1, L3 Support and troubleshoot enterprise applications in our data center and in the cloudPerform application upgrades and maintenanceSupport thousands of developers at scaleFacilitate in-audit controls and securityTroubleshoot integrations utilizing APIs and SDKsCollaborate with internal stakeholders on building and troubleshooting integrationsEnsure reliability and uptime of applicationsParticipate in on-call rotations to support production systemsOccasional evening and weekend availability for maintenanceMinimum Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience of supporting source control tools for internal engineers1-3+ years of experience with Linux System AdministrationFamiliarity with reading and debugging Linux system logsHands-on experience using Git and ability to troubleshoot common git errors and issuesFamiliarity with production-level virtual machines and/or CloudFamiliarity with APIs and interacting with APIs on a low level such as curl.Preferred candidate Experience with GitHub Enterprise and Coud Administration and/or Artifactory AdministrationKnowledge of a programming language such as Python, Bash, or NodeFamiliarity with additional GitHub features/products such as GitHub Actions and GitHub Integrations, and Artifactory features XRayFamiliarity with KubernetesFamiliarity with logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk or DynatraceFamiliarity with feature flags and code quality toolsFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code#LI-AK1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
