Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.Sr. Manager, Receivables Management - EMEAGenesys Strategic Finance is seeking a talented individual to oversee EMEA Account Collections for one of the largest private B2B software companies headquartered in the Menlo Park, CA.The Sr. Manager, Receivables Management – EMEA, will report to the Sr. Director, Receivables Management and Payment Solutions and will regularly interact with team management on collections strategy, planning, and operational execution. He or she will be responsible for driving collections performance on our EMEA portfolio.Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:Liaise with customers and partners to ensure timely collectionsMake sound decisions that consider customer relationship while balancing the needs of the Receivables Management team and timely receipt of paymentProduce and update cash forecast as requested by Sr. Director, Receivables Management and Payment SolutionsDevelop and implement collection strategies by leveraging industry experience, peer network and benchmarking avenues. Ensure adherence to Receivables Management policies and procedures in compliance with all regulations and standardsProvide critical financial and operational information and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.Manage risk and drive decrease in DSO/Past due % and measure progress in both. Review and establish effective action plans to mitigate collection risksPrepare monthly management and productivity reports and schedulesManage, drive, and track goal achievement for the teamParticipate in strategic projects to support business goalsStrong communication and presentation skillsEvaluate existing systems/processes to reduce complexity and increase process standardization efficiencyCollaborate with multiple levels of management and various business segments including Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Revenue, Marketing and Information Technology.
