This role will focus primarily on developing and executing high-impact Trade strategies that strengthen eBay's position as the trusted marketplace of choice for Fashion worldwide, while also managing the day-to-day Fashion Trade management of the area. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to identify growth opportunities, enhance buyer engagement, and optimize marketplace performance.  Key responsibilities:Promotional Planning:Support planning and execution of promotional activities to drive sales and enhance category visibility.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns.Support trade plans for Fashion through creation and execution of trackersSupport Account Managers in driving adoption in category specific trading activity such as seasonal events and coupons, managing budget goals where neededOverseeing all deals budget requests and requirements, collaborating closely with the account management team to ensure budgetary goals are achieved and maintainedReporting:Create weekly business review templates, support analysis at a total fashion and initiative levelAssist in creating and maintaining reporting templates for buyer programs like CSAT, eBay Live, and HolidayOwn tracking and analyzing financial metrics for dealsBuyer Activations:Category support for merchandising, proving relevant feedback to support category growth and elevated buyer experienceSupport Account Managers in driving adoption in category specific trading activity such as seasonal events and Seller-funded coupons.Support Marketing levers across brand building, incentives, and awareness campaignsSupport Trading Managers / Leads in planning and execution of consumer-facing buyer events which ladder back to awareness goalsWhat you will bring:BA/BS with 3-5 years relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, or ecommerce/ marketplaces.Execution-driven, growth-oriented, ownership mentality to drive performance against agreed critical metricsStrong project management and problem-solving skills - experience in project management and executing on strategies preferredExperience managing ambiguity and minimizing uncertainty through quantitative and qualitative insights.Experience acting as the voice of the customer and channeling many points of view, synthesizing them to drive alignment even in times of friction or disagreement.Experience in managing digital and/or marketplace/e-commerce projects in fast paced environments with deep insight into the digital segmentProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, strong analytical skills, results-driven with adaptable styleCan communicate effectively in large or small group settings, executive level presentation skillsAbility to motivate and align groups of individuals optimally and manage cross-functional coordination The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:$70,000 - $120,700Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
