Job Requisition ID #25WD90628Position OverviewWe’re hiring a Fusion Account-Based Sales Representative based in our Barcelona office.This is a high-energy outbound sales role for someone who thrives on prospecting, cold calling, and building pipeline from scratch. We’re looking for a true hunter who loves winning new logos and driving growth in Autodesk’s Strategic & Territory Accounts.You'll be responsible for growing Fusion platform sale- both new business and expansions-by identifying opportunities, leading discovery, and managing deals from start to close. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to develop account strategies and meet quarterly targets.This is a high-impact role with strong visibility, ideal for someone looking to develop a sales career in a supportive, results-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new and expansion Fusion sales in assigned accountsOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, managing pipeline, and closingMeet quarterly sales quotas and activity metricsUse technical resources to expand deal size and accelerate decisionsAlign with internal teams on account planning and executionCommunicate the value of the Fusion platform to customersQualifications3–4 years of outbound sales experience (BDR, SDR, AE, or similar) with proven success hunting and closing new businessStrong virtual selling skills (Zoom, Teams, VoIP)Experience with CRM tools like SalesforceSaaS sales background is a plusKnowledge of the manufacturing industry is helpful but not requiredEnglish Native language proficiency#LI-FB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
