The IT Compliance Analyst will be a key team member in our growing and impactful organization as SailPoint continues to scale globally as the industry leader in Identity Governance. This position will report to the Manager of Privileged Access Management (PAM) & IT Compliance and will support SailPoint’s internal Privileged Access Management (PAM) & compliance systems and operations. As a Compliance Analyst, you will be coordinating IT activities in order to maintain compliance with SOC2, FedRAMP, ISO27001, and GDPR, and will provide guidance to help streamline and automate our compliance processes.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate quarterly, semi-annual, and annual user access reviews and provide audit support, including generating reports, developing documentation, and performing completeness and accuracy checksProactively identify areas of improvement and suggest projects to improve controls while maintaining a positive team atmosphere Assist with cross-team remediation project tasksCollect and develop documentation for internal and external auditorsManage compliance tools/ create dashboards to present compliance data Provides IT administrative support for financial systems Perform other related duties and responsibilities as neededRequirementsUS CitizenshipKnowledge of compliance or audit testing Project management skills and ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlinesAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams and management levelsStrong organizational skills with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environmentAbility to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships across cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsKnowledge with SOX, FedRamp or GDPR compliance frameworksKnowledge with IT controls for SOC2, ISO27001 or FedRampCISA, CRISC or other related certification is a plusExperience working in a regulated environment or auditing technology companiesExperience working within a compliance system/tool to automate compliance activity Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
