This role involves collaborating with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring high-quality code and performance optimization.Responsibilities:Design, develop and maintain ABAP programs, reports, Enhancement Framework, CDS views, AMDP and latest ABAP syntaxWork with APIs and Gateway services for Fiori integration and establishing communication with 3rd party systemsOptimize performance of ABAP objects (SQL tuning, code optimization).Handle Data Dictionary objects (tables, views, structures) and transport management1. Adobe Forms DevelopmentAbility to design and develop Abode forms from scratch and migrating existing smartforms/scripts to Adobe formsCollaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements and design Abode forms layouts for areas like Billing, PO, invoicing etcIntegrate Adobe forms with ABAP programs, workflows, and business processesImplement dynamic fields, conditional logic, and scripting in Adobe forms using JavaScript or FormCalc 2. ABAP DevelopmentWrite and optimize ABAP programs, reports, enhancements (BADI, User Exits), and OData servicesKnowledge of working on object oriented (ABAP objects)Develop and debug RFCs, BAPIs, and function modules for form data populationWork on data retrieval logic from multiple modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.) for Adobe form printing3. Integration & ConfigurationConfigure output management in S/4HANA (BRF+, Output Types) for form printingIntegrate forms with SAP Output Management Framework (OMF)Support PDF generation and email functionality for automated form distribution 4. Performance & QualityOptimize form performance and Ensure quality for large data handlingConduct unit testing and support SIT/UAT for Adobe forms and related ABAP objectsEnsure proper error handling, logging, and troubleshooting for print programs 5. Documentation & SupportPrepare technical specifications, mapping documents, and end user guidesProvide production support for issues related to forms and ABAP programsCollaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements and deliver solutionsAdditional Skills (Good to Have)Knowledge of SAP Output Control Framework (OMF) in S/4Experience with SAP Adobe Document Services (ADS)Familiarity with workflow integration and email triggering for PDF attachmentsExperience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects (e.g., converting Smart Forms/SAP Script to Adobe). à we can remove thisMinimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience with strong subject matter expertise in SAP FICO/FICA within SAP S/4HANA 1909 and aboveExperience in FI and FICA tax configuration with exposure to Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) for global input & output invoicesFamiliarity with SAP modules: SD, CI, MM, FI-CO, FI-CA, and GLExperience with SAP ECC & S/4HANA withholding tax functionalityKnowledge of Vertex and SAP ABAP code (preferred)Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) flowsExperience with OpenText e-invoicing / tax compliance solutions is a plusAbility to create End-to-End (E2E) process flow documentation and develop functional & regression test scenariosPreferred Qualifications:Experience in BRIM S/4HANA (On-Prem/Private Cloud) for S/4HANA 1909 or 2020Exposure to OpenText e-invoicing and returns tax complianceHands-on experience with SAP integration tools and best practicesStrong business acumen and understanding of global taxation regulations#LI-AK1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
