This role is pivotal in leading the successful implementation of Autodesk technologies for enterprise customers across Japan’s industrial and construction sectors.As part of the Technical Advisory (TA) organization, you will translate complex business challenges into actionable, scalable, and technically sound solutions. This is not just a strategic role—it requires hands-on implementation and collaboration with some of Japan’s most innovative and demanding clients. You will contribute directly to real-world transformation through advanced technologies like BIM, cloud platforms, factory automation, and digital workflows.Key Responsibilities:Deploy Autodesk solutions for enterprise clients in the fields of product design, digital manufacturing, and/or building lifecycle managementExecute full implementation cycles including configuration, development, workflow automation, and integrationApply expertise in Autodesk tools such as Inventor, Vault, Fusion 360, Revit, and ACC to deliver value-focused solutionsProvide practical consulting in domains such as BIM, factory automation, cloud infrastructure, resource/material planning, and supply chain integrationServe as a trusted technical advisor to senior client stakeholders.Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful deliveryFacilitate training sessions, workshops, and technical enablement programsEnsure quality and consistency through structured planning and iterative deliveryMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).Strong experience in product design, manufacturing, or architectural project executionProficiency in Autodesk technologies:Manufacturing: Inventor, Vault, Fusion 360AEC: Revit, BIM 360, ACCKnowledge in at least one of the following:Factory operations, cloud platforms, inventory/resource management, scripting/APIBIM practices (LOD, ISO 19650)Japanese building regulations and approval processesFluent in Japanese; English proficiency preferredDemonstrated ability to plan, manage, and execute technical work independentlyPreferred Qualifications:Experience in building materials, modular construction, or industrial product manufacturingExperience delivering consulting or implementation services for enterprise-scale projectsFamiliarity with supply chain systems, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise integrationKnowledge of Python, C++, or web-based development (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS)Experience with Digital Twin, AR/VR/MR, and advanced data managementProactive, solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilitiesA leadership mentality aligned with Autodesk’s mission to lead innovation in the design and make industries#LI-JA1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
