This position is perfect for a detail-oriented candidate with experience in processing monthly payrolls. Key Responsibilities:Process all payroll related changes including new hires, status changes and terminationsManage payroll provider to ensure that our employees are paid accurately and on timeProcess wage assignments (child support orders, tax levies, etc)Maintain and organize payroll filesProvide internal customers with outstanding customer service when responding to telephone and email requestsProvide payroll-related journal entry details each month-end closeReconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts as required each month-end closeAssist with auditor requestsRequirements & Qualifications:Experience in processing payroll (Sweden Preferred)Excellent computer skills required, especially Microsoft ExcelExperience with enterprise payroll systems (ADP a plus)Accuracy and attention to detail are key requirementsExceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyPayroll accounting experience is a plusInternational payroll experience is a plusFlexera is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
