We are looking for someone with attention to detail, good with numbers, a flair in communication and an ability to juggle multiple tasks on hand to support Global Ecommerce and Marketing Operations.Responsible for Marketing support to the Global Marketing Team to ensure effective and efficient operationsAssist with the timely update of Global Marketing budget dashboard for GMK, BU and Regional OPEXPrepares weekly high-level budget utilization report (budget versus spend)Lead the maintenance and regular updates of Razer Global Ecommerce Brand Stores, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with Global Ecommerce campaigns and deliverablesWork with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the timely delivery of assets in support of global product launchesCurate compelling content and visuals for Ecommerce product listings to highlight new product launches and campaignsConduct stringent and concise checks on content, assets, and deliverables to ensure timeliness content accuracy and compliance with Razer’s brand guidelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize existing Ecommerce product listings for improved discoverability, customer engagement, and conversion ratesTrack and report on Ecommerce store performance, identifying opportunities for continuous content improvementStay updated on Ecommerce platform trends, best practices, and competitor activities to recommend enhancements for Razer’s e-tail presenceBe proactive in working with stakeholders to ensure all timelines are met in accordance with due datesPre-Requisites :Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalentMinimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing supportBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Business and other apps such as Microsoft OneDrive and Microsoft Sharepoint for team collaborationBasic knowledge in Amazon and Ecommerce related ecosystemExperience with Power BI is an added advantageAttention to details and good with numbersAnalytical skills to interpret and prepare dataGood Interpersonal skills to collaborate with global stakeholdersTime management skills to take on multiple tasks and meet deadlinesTeam oriented, ability to work in a matrix organization, effectively and autonomouslyAre you game?
