Join us!ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and alignment with Autodesk’s valuesDrive the team to exceed assigned quotas through effective sales execution and strategic account planningDeliver accurate and timely forecasting, pipeline management, and business reportingGenerate new business opportunities while maximizing existing revenue streams across direct and partner-led channelsOversee the execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives, including product launches, trade shows, channel development events, and customer forumsBuild and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key customers and partnersGuide resellers in developing sales and marketing plans aligned with Autodesk’s industry solutionsEnsure consistent implementation of company initiatives by directing Sales Executives to collaborate effectively with partnersProvide market insights to internal teams, influencing product development and business strategyCollaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align resources and drive customer successChampion the use of CRM tools and Autodesk methodologies to manage and track opportunitiesAlign team goals with corporate objectives using SMART goals to drive performance and accountabilityPromote innovation and continuous improvement across sales operations and supporting functionsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets4+ years of experience in sales leadership, including hiring, coaching, and performance managementDemonstrated success in managing both direct and indirect sales channelsStrong understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM toolsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable sales plansExperience working in a matrixed organization and collaborating across functionsPreferred QualificationsExperience in the software or technology industry, ideally within a SaaS or platform business modelFamiliarity with Autodesk’s products, industry solutions, and customer segmentsProven ability to lead change and drive innovation in sales processesExperience working with channel partners and developing partner ecosystemsStrong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions and strategyLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $206,200 and $298,430. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.
