We're looking for a seasoned, strategic, and passionate Senior Distribution Account Manager to drive growth across Tier 2 retailers, enterprise accounts, and national distributors in the U.S., and Canada. If you're ready to scale distribution, deepen strategic partnerships, and shape the future of retail, this is your moment. The US-based salary range for this position is $132,000 to $195,000, with additional eligibility for a commission plan based on performance outcomes. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity. What You’ll Own Sales & Strategic Growth Drive revenue across Tier 2 retailers, enterprise accounts, and national distributors (e.g., Ingram Micro, Synnex, D&H, Dell, CDW etc).Expand distribution footprint through strategic partnerships, product launches, and sell-through initiatives.Lead contract negotiations, promotional planning, and assortment expansion to maximize long-term growth.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to regional and channel-specific dynamics. Account & Channel Management Own the full lifecycle of distribution and enterprise accounts—from onboarding to replenishment and post-launch optimization.Build senior-level relationships with buyers, category managers, and distributor executives.Align on revenue goals, merchandising strategy, and inventory planning to ensure flawless execution.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities that drive strategic channel expansion.  Retail & Digital Marketing Alignment Partner with marketing teams to support omni-channel initiatives across distribution and retail.Coordinate promotional campaigns, content optimization, and digital advertising strategies.Analyze sell-through data and shopper engagement metrics to inform future activations.Advocate for customer-centric strategies that enhance brand positioning and drive subscription growth.  Cross-Functional Collaboration & Insights Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and operations to align on execution and performance.Conduct regular business reviews, leveraging data to optimize forecasting, inventory, and promotional impact.Present strategic recommendations using financial insights, case studies, and market analytics.Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive shifts to ensure ongoing business optimization. What You Bring 8+ years managing national distribution, LAR/VAR and enterprise accounts (e.g., Del, Follett, Ingram Micro, Synnex, CDW).Proven success in driving revenue, launching products, and executing in-store and digital strategies.Deep expertise in forecasting, pricing, and promotional planning.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.Strong analytical mindset with fluency in performance data and market insights.Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and lead through influence.
