IP Renewals Analyst

We’re looking for an IP Renewals Analyst to join our Trademark Renewal/Maintenance team in Belgrade. If you enjoy a mix of structure and variety and find satisfaction in helping others grow—we’d love to hear from you! About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience Proficient level of English language It would be great if you also had . . .    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Working experience in Customer Support  Working experience in administrative tasks  Experience in maintaining deadlines and working in a team environment  What will you be doing in this role?  Dealing with foreign/domestic patent/trademark portfolio, while respecting the customer deadlines, customer specificities, internal procedures, quality standards and KPIs; Performing data verification and checking whether the information provided by customers is in accordance with information found on IP databases Creating reports on IP matters for internal and external stakeholders Obtaining deep understanding of the maintenance workflow to collaborate with other teams at every stage of the process Achieving deep knowledge of all national IP databases to be a reference point for other teams; Supporting patent/trademark related projects Performing other duties and special projects as necessary – may involve handling confidential and sensitive material Proactively recommend improvements as well as corrective and preventive actions to reduce customer complaints, improve efficiency and mitigate risks About the Team     We as a team provide Trademark Renewal/Maintenance services by communicating with clients and agents, and resolving possible issues, while making sure that the renewals are done timely and accordingly.   Benefits:  Holidays: 25 days paid leave per annum  Private Health Insurance  Paid Lunch  Yearly Bonus  Yearly Merit Plan  My Learning Platform  Fit Pass  Life Insurance Accident Insurance Company bicycles for rent free of charge Hours of Work    This is a full-time position, CET working hours.
