We are committed to working hard, having fun while maintaining a culture of work-life balance.About the RoleCorporate Accounting department is looking for a highly motivated Accountant to join a collaborative and growing team. You will report to Manager, Corporate Accounting (Shared Services). You will be a self-starter, curious, have excellent attention to detail. You will be involved in various operational activities, monthly close procedures and process improvement.Responsibilities of the positionSupport month end close processesCompile and analyze information to prepare journal entries in compliance with GAAPPerform month-end ledger account reconciliations; investigate and resolve variances in ledger accountsProcess operational transactions with high level of accuracy – including but not limited to business accruals, bank reconciliation, prepaid expenses, fixed assets and leasesCollaborate with various departments, including Treasury, FP&A, Payroll, Facilities and Accounts Payable teams for proper recording of transactionsSupport SOX compliance efforts and assist in improvement of control proceduresAssist with audits, including preparing work papers for the auditors and analyzing data. Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliancePerform various ad hoc projects as requestedAbout YouBasic qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or with an emphasis in accounting)Minimum 3 years of accounting experienceOther qualifications:Public accounting, software and/or SaaS industry preferredExperience using large ERP systemProficiency with MS ExcelExperience with tight deadlines and timeliness for work performedHigh attention to details and accuracy, excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitaskExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical skills and problem solving abilitiesCollaborative teammate to work with cross-functional teamsEagerness to learn and tackle challenges in a rapidly growing and dynamic environmentOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
