Backed by leading global VCs and family offices they are now seeking a Business Development Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team during this exciting period of exponential growth. What You Will Do Expand client base through strategic networking and leveraging platform capabilities to meet growing digitalisation demands in wealth management Build and nurture profitable long-term relationships with wealth management clients, professionals and key industry entities Act as a trusted advisor by monitoring client affairs, identifying opportunities during discovery conversations, and providing tailored solutions Establish strategic product distribution partnerships while developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet targets Manage sales pipeline efficiently, tracking revenue performance against targets and reporting progress regularly Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data and Tech teams to optimize client journey and satisfaction What You Will Need Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years of experience in wealth management for HNW clients and family offices; established network in Singapore/Hong Kong/ China preferred Strong track record in business development with demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients Self-motivated professional with excellent time management skills and consistent follow-through capability; persistent in client outreach and relationship nurturing Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and wealth management solutions, with ability to tailor offerings to specific client needs Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities; sales-oriented and results-driven with proven ability to work effectively under pressure both independently and collaboratively Proficiency in English required; Chinese language skills (written and spoken) highly advantageous Apply for this job
