Kiddom is redefining how technology powers learning. We combine world-class curriculum with cutting-edge AI and modern SaaS infrastructure to help schools deliver truly personalized education at scale. Our platform equips educators with real-time insights and flexible tools, enabling them to focus on what matters most—driving student growth and equity. We’re not just building ed-tech; we’re disrupting an industry that’s been slow to innovate. At Kiddom, product leaders sit at the center, partnering with engineers, designers, AI researchers, and educators to shape transformative experiences that reimagine what’s possible in classrooms. If you thrive in ambiguity, love working in high-ownership cultures, and are energized by the intersection of human impact and next-gen technology, this is the place to shape something transformative. You Will... Set vision and strategy for your domain - leverage market research, GTM feedback, and data insights to define a roadmap that drives differentiation, adoption, and measurable impact. Drive execution at scale - guiding products from concept through launch and iteration, balancing innovation with speed and ensuring seamless delivery across thousands of classrooms. Build AI-first experiences - partner with senior AI researchers and engineers to deliver personalization, recommendations, and insights that push the boundaries of how teachers and students interact with technology. Lead with influence - work cross-functionally across engineering, design, GTM, and curriculum partners, ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum even in highly complex environments. Transform traditional workflows - reimagine manual, paper-driven processes into best-in-class digital experiences that save time, surface insights at the right moment, and improve learning outcomes. Champion outcomes, not just features - ensure products measurably improve teacher efficiency, student progress, and institutional adoption. What we're looking for... 10+ years of product management experience, with proven success leading SaaS products at scale. Startup and growth experience - you’ve thrived in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and ownership is essential. Proven product leadership - managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex products, aligning stakeholders, and scaling solutions to large markets. Strong execution and strategic instincts - balancing user needs, business opportunities, and technical innovation while keeping teams focused on outcomes. Exceptional influence and communication skills - you can inspire teams, simplify complexity, and make sound decisions with confidence. Strong AI literacy - you have hands-on experience building with or integrating AI/ML systems, and you can confidently partner with researchers and engineers from day one to shape strategy, evaluate opportunities, and bring AI-powered experiences to market. Background in education/ed-tech is welcome but not required. How You Work… You think and operate strategically - connecting product vision to company goals, creating clarity and focus even when the landscape is complex. You multiply impact through collaboration - building deep partnerships across engineering, design, GTM, and data science to align priorities and drive results. You prioritize and sequence effectively - helping teams focus on the highest-leverage opportunities, making smart tradeoffs, and ensuring momentum without sacrificing long-term outcomes. You take full ownership - uncovering root problems, defining success metrics, and holding yourself and the team accountable for results. You focus on outcomes over output - ensuring everything shipped delivers real-world value, scales effectively, and advances Kiddom’s mission. You lead with urgency and thoughtfulness - moving quickly but responsibly, with strong communication and preparation for all stakeholders. You bring frameworks and structure to ambiguity - leveraging tools like DACI/RACI, direct customer conversations, and cross-functional forums to align decisions and accelerate progress. $160,000 - $220,000 a year Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
