About the Role As an Implementation Manager , you’ll be responsible for ensuring new customers are set up for success by owning the end-to-end implementation process — with a strong emphasis on systems integration, RevOps alignment, and data readiness for machine learning-powered forecasting. You'll work closely with Customer Success, Engineering, and our ML team to ensure customers’ internal systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, NetSuite, and others) are connected, data pipelines are flowing accurately, and the foundation is laid for intelligent automation and predictive insights.This is a hybrid technical and operational role that requires cross-functional coordination and an ability to deeply understand customer workflows, customer data, and internal AI and ML /forecasting needs. What You’ll Do Manage customer implementations in collaboration with Customer Success, from project kickoff to full onboarding, ensuring smooth handoffs from Sales and into post-launch Customer Success. Own the integration process across customer tech stacks, including CRM, CS platforms, marketing automation, billing, and product telemetry tools. Collaborate with the ML and data science team to ensure clean, mapped, and structured data pipelines that power forecasting and insights. Translate RevOps use cases into implementation plans, ensuring Magnify is aligned to the customer’s revenue reporting logic, segmentation, and business rules. Act as the technical voice in implementation calls, supporting API configuration, data mapping, and authentication setup. Identify and resolve issues proactively , using tools like Airbyte and Datadog, escalating to Engineering when needed. Continuously refine onboarding playbooks and implementation templates , sharing learnings and best practices with the broader CS and Product teams. Maintain a feedback loop with Product and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and improve implementation tools and workflows. Technically capable: You can read API docs, troubleshoot integrations, and speak confidently about system architectures. Cross-functional collaborator: You know how to align Sales, CS, Data Science, and Engineering around a shared outcome. Required Skills and Experience 4–6 years in implementation, technical onboarding, or customer-facing operations roles — ideally within SaaS or data-driven platforms. Hands-on experience connecting and configuring systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Gainsight, etc.Hands-on RevOps experience, and a solid understanding of forecasting strategies and challengesFamiliarity with modern data integration tools (Airbyte, Fivetran, Census, or similar). Familiarity with APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, Token-based), and webhooks. Comfort working with SQL and structured data — able to query and QA customer datasets. Strong project management skills — you can coordinate across stakeholders, track details, and drive toward milestones. Prior exposure to ML- or data-enabled platforms Experience at an early-stage startup is a big plus.
