You'll join as the most senior Brand IC to push this bar higher, define our brand guidelines, and create assets potentially seen on a Superbowl Ad, commercials, social media, etc. Our brand is non-corporate, and close to / champions real users. Your work includes Impeccable visual skills in type, color theory, textures, grid systems, etc. Iterate with external agency on new brand assets and guidelines. They’ll propose a few concepts, you'll push the bar higher. (Aug and on) Create Brand Extensions for Landing Pages, Digital & Physical Ads, Emails, Video Thumbnails, Campaigns, Assets for App Experiences. Create Internal Brand Guidelines with/for your Brand Team to follow Lead the Brand team towards consistency and adherance towards Brand Guidelines. Responsbilities Grow and manage your Brand Team. (Brand IC's, possibly Copywriters) Complete requests from Growth Campaigns, Marketing / Landing Pages, Advertising. Care about high quality on high-impact, high-exposure projects. Lead is a shepherd for consistency and unified creative direction for Brand. Enforce guidelines post-COLLINS. Manage creatives to make awesome deliverables across touchpoints: digital ads, physical ads, commercials, OOH, etc. Bonus: Experience in Growth Campaigns, can advise where to spend marketing dollars for best ROI.
