They will be responsible for the coordination, crafting and deploying of marketing activations designed to elevate the Team Razer brand and support its associated hardware marketing efforts. This role will report into the Director of Global Esports and will be project managing across different teams based around the world. Given a global nature of the position, this role may be required to work evenings, weekends and odd hours to ensure successful execution of its esports efforts.Design, plan and execute high-impact activations around key esports events and Razer marketing effortsProject manage Team Razer’s marketing campaigns – such as timeline and execution tracking, stakeholder management and results analysis to ensure impactful and timely deliveryEstablish and maintain relationships with professional players, teams and influencers to showcase Razer’s esports products and expand the brand’s reach in the marketCoordinate with internal marketing/product teams globally to align global esports strategies and drive cross-functional collaborationManage and communicate an up-to-date marketing calendar of important esports dates such as competitive schedules and key marketing campaign datesConduct regular internal reviews and competitive benchmarking to identify trends, innovative activation ideas and other marketing opportunities to elevate Razer’s position as the pioneer and leader in esports.Perform ad-hoc department administrative duties as requiredPre-Requisites :BA/BS degree relevant discipline such as Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or PR, or equivalent practical experience3-5 years of experience in marketing, specifically in the gaming and esports industry, with a focus on social media, digital marketing, and related worksLanguage Skills: Fluent English is a must and (favorably) an additional second languageUnderstanding of the esports landscape, which includes major game titles, esports teams and players, and other competitive brandsStrong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for diverse platforms and target audiencesStrong organization and project management skillsetsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on generating business resultsAbility to work with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures Good-to-have(s):Experience in building and managing social media accounts for a brandExperience managing external agencies and vendorsKnowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, along with project management systems like JIRAAre you game?
