The Project Manager will lead low-voltage cabling projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, field experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.   We seek self-motivated and reliable candidates who can work independently and find solutions to complete the job. Candidate must have a proven record of managing the budget, schedule, and scope of a project. Project management experience. Strong understanding of business operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work in a strong cross-functional team. Experience working with engineered drawings, bid specifications, and construction take-offs is helpful Responsibilities: Managing the complete life cycle of highly complex projects, including approval, planning, estimating/bidding, execution, and project closeout. Ensure planned results are achieved on time and within budget. Develops budgets, timelines, and ensures progress to plan, as well as tracking critical project achievements. Works with vendors and team to establish and achieve goals. Communicate with customers. Material procurement and deliverable tracking. Coordinates the activities of a cross-functional team. On-site coordination. Manages the project financials. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.
