Pickup Regional Manager

Requirements, Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) company. Proven ability to manage operations across multiple hubs or regions. Willingness to travel extensively to various regions for operational reviews. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and monitoring performance metrics. Responsibilities, Manage and supervise pickup operations across assigned regions, including multiple hubs. Ensure adherence to operational standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and company policies. Conduct regular visits to regional hubs to observe operations, identify issues, and implement corrective actions. Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and enhance service performance. Monitor manpower productivity and ensure optimal resource allocation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in operational processes and workflows. Lead and develop regional teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations. Engage and manage multiple stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners. Prepare operational reports and present findings to senior management. Apply for this job
