ABOUT THE ROLE In this role, you’ll bridge business and technical teams to deliver impactful products. You’ll turn requirements into clear user stories, guide development and testing, and use data insights to shape strategy in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Responsibilities Translate business requirements into sound user stories with precise and accurate criteria of acceptance that will be used by developers, testers and product owners to insure that product owner intent is effectively captured Analyze potential solutions and translate requirements into solid system designs Prepare project plans and coordinate software development and testing processes Help prioritize business requirements with the business sponsors, product owner and stakeholders Quantitatively analyze results to drive product direction & strategyResearch emerging technologies and trends Expected Qualifications 2-4 years of cross-functional product management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of Agile and Kanban software development methodologies, Strong analytical and communicational skills, Excellent problem-solving skills, Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams, Team Player - humble, life long learner and has customer first mindset Having strong communication skills and being a good team player Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Good MS office skills and basic SQL knowledge are desirable, What We Offer A hybrid working model with flexibility — a schedule that helps you find the right balance between flexibility and team bonding, including work-from-abroad opportunities and a summer working model.
