Now we’re looking for a Creative Director — a visionary who will unify and guide our video, graphic design, content, and web design teams under one powerful creative direction. If you want to: Drive the creative direction across Surfshark’s creative teams, aligning them around powerful, insight-driven ideas; Translate campaign briefs and customer research into compelling creative strategies and concepts; Oversee and maintain high creative standards across all executions – from  video and visuals to copy and digital experiences; Own and continuously improve creative processes — from briefing to feedback loops — ensuring they are clear, efficient, and scalable; Act as the creative vision holder for brand and product campaigns, ensuring consistency, relevance, and emotional impact; Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure business goals are met through bold, creative ideas; Provide clear feedback, creative mentorship, and inspiration across all creative functions; Contribute to Surfshark’s brand evolution through strategic insights, experimentation, and culture-shaping ideas. And you can check off: Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar leadership role, either in a creative agency or in-house setup; Experience in developing creative direction from insight to execution, with strong storytelling instincts; Excellent leadership and communication skills — able to align and inspire creatives and stakeholders; An ability to balance creative vision with business objectives and timelines; A passion for making complex topics (like cybersecurity) simple, bold, and human; Fluent in English. Bonus points if you: Have experience working with brand strategy or cultural trend analysis; Are fluent in connecting creative ideas to data and performance outcomes; Bring experience in AI-enhanced creative workflows or concepting.
