BlinkRx is seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Salesforce Administrator to take on a leadership role to our Salesforce platform, ensuring it scales with the demands of our fast-growing pharma operations team. This role will be responsible for advanced Salesforce administration, including customization, third-party integrations, and process automation, to meet evolving business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic Salesforce initiatives, enhance system performance, and ensure optimal data integrity and reporting capabilities. As a senior technical expert, you will play a key role in aligning Salesforce functionality with BlinkRx’s broader business goals and growth strategy.
You will be responsible for:
All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
Working with integrated applications including Hubspot, Salesforce Data Cloud, Linkedin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6Sense* and GTM Automation Tools (Ringlead or Clay for example)
Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
Designing a sleek UX experience, preferably through screen flows, to automate requests and approvals flows to trigger opportunity progression
Technical build of traditional Opportunity stage gates, validation rules, dependent fields to ensure that front-end reporting can measure key metrics like average order value, stage duration, conversion rates, etc.
Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with key stakeholders
Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
User support tickets support
New user and ongoing user training
A successful applicant will fit the following criteria:
4+ years of proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
STRONG understanding of an ERD and how it applies to custom and standard object for cross-object consistency for reporting both in SFDC and BI (Tableau) across key go-to-market fields
Understand of Salesforce Data Cloud and how this can be applied to support a true B2B data model
Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
Translating requirements into technical solutions
Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Familiarity with marketing and sales processes to effectively support the needs of the organization
Curious, active learner who likes to take on challenges and learn new things
Customer obsessed with the desire to continuously improve things for both internal and external audiences
