This role will lead multiple Agile teams across Finance, HR, Legal, and EDNA portfolios, ensuring effective delivery of high-impact programs aligned with enterprise and digital goals.Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Delivery & FacilitationLead 2–3 Agile teams through ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)Coach teams on Agile best practices and metrics (velocity, burndown, backlog health) using Jira/Confluence Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and coordinate across Agile Release Trains (ARTs)Drive delivery of complex, enterprise-scale initiatives in a hybrid Agile environmentUse data analysis and modelling to uncover insights and support decision-makingProject, Program, & Portfolio ExecutionOversee the full technology development lifecycle (scope, schedule, change, risk, vendor, and procurement)Manage internal and vendor teams to ensure delivery meets business and compliance goalsCollaborate with Program/Portfolio Managers to ensure on-time, on-budget, and within-scope deliveryProactively manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordinationAlign technical execution with strategic business objectivesStakeholder Engagement & CommunicationEngage with Finance, HR, Legal, and D&A stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and business readinessPrepare and present updates to PMO leaders, DIO executives, and lead steering committeesPrepare and manage communication plans, facilitate decision-making, and resolve conflictsGovernance & ReportingMonitor and report program health, milestones, risks, and resource needs using PMO tools/templatesEnsure compliance with internal controls, standards, and documentation practices Support vendor management and third-party integrationsContribute to progress reporting, risk mitigation, and stakeholder satisfaction initiativesQualificationsCertified Scrum Master (CSM)—requiredSAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or equivalent – requiredA bachelor's or master's STEM degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical fieldPreferred: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe certificationsSkills & ExperienceExperience in Program/Product Management, with Agile delivery at scaleExperience as Scrum Master and/or RTE in enterprise-level Agile environmentsConsulting experience desiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of managing financial and operational dataSkilled in managing multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholder groupsExcellent communicator and collaborator with a practical, outcomes-driven mindsetHands-on experience with Miro, Mural, Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting toolsEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.  If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.
