Job Requisition ID #25WD90626Position OverviewWe are hiring a sales professional for our Amman, Jordan office to drive new business in the Middle East. You'll work with Target Account Sales Executives (TASEs) on specific accounts, using market intelligence, social media, marketing campaigns, and self-motivation to find new projects. You'll conduct your own research with full manager support and engage with management across EMEA. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be measured on quarterly pipeline generation handed over to TASEs. You'll gain software industry knowledge, receive training from sales coaches, and manage your own inside business with exposure to all management levels and a great office atmosphere.ResponsibilitiesManage and nurture a queue of leads through a process to become sales accepted leadsIdentify and qualify top opportunities and be the first point of contact with potential customers and then handover to TASE.Listen to prospects' needs and wants, and determine if there is a mutual fit with Autodesk Collaborate with sales, marketing, support, operations, and product to streamline application and process efficiencyFollow and update best-practice documentation to promote best practicesMinimum QualificationsMinimum of 5 Years experience within industry sales with a proven track record of successProven experience in selling similar solutions and preferably Autodesk solutionsFluent in written and verbal English + ArabicEngineering backgroundStrong desire to be in technology salesAbility to take initiative, prioritize, and experience balancing multiple sales opportunitiesDrive to continually improve your sales skills through on the job coaching and self-learning#LI-IS1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
