The role requires expert analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of establishment and tracking of operational metrics and reports. This individual supports our team by building stronger technical and analytical processes to be leveraged across PCMS. The successful candidate will have sound technical experience and skills, and great interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate must be able to take responsibility and accept accountability for successful team management. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying abreast of current and future technologies. The candidate must also be proactive in driving our team’s initiatives of great metrics, efficiencies, and quality assurance.Your day-to-day:Provide team leadership to the Managed Services Analyst teamCreate metrics and internal reporting and identify automation opportunities.Provide optimization recommendations and identify gaps, design and configure systems to operate at peak performance.Develop processes around triage efficiencies, quality assurance, and create training for supported PCMS TechnologiesLeverage previous experiences, share best practices, and facilitate creative solutions to unique challenges, maximizing the value of our Managed Services offeringEnsure that every client derives the most value possible from the Managed Services offeringParticipate in Onboarding new clientsResponsible for ensuring SLA’s are being metManaging team schedules and ensuring coverageResponsible for hiring / mentoring / training team membersPerform performance reviews and performance improvement plans with team membersWhat you bring to the team: At least 2 years of experience within Managed Services2-3 years’ experience in information security, digital forensics, intelligence, risk management or similar fieldBachelor’s degree in information security, Information Technology, or other applicable degreeHands-on knowledge and experience with Managed Services: Quality Assurance, Incident Management, EfficienciesFamiliarity with Proofpoint, Broadcom, McAfee, Office 0365 and other Data Loss Prevention productsProven team leadership skillsAbility to analyze data sets and uncover unique attributes and trendsUnderstanding of and proficiency in planning and managing multiple tasksProven and exceptional talent with MS Office expertise in excelConsidered Subject Matter Expert (SME) with supported PCMS product suiteDemonstrated organizational and scheduling skillsRigorous attention to detailPassion to find innovative and creative solutions to complex problemsAbility to work effectively with team members and with clientsSelf-motivated, with ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously Consultative skills and strong judgmentAbility to communicate complex ideas and solutions to a variety of audiencesStrong time management skillsExcellent written and verbal skills#LI-AN2Why Proofpoint?
