You’ll collaborate with global, cross-functional teams and drive quality decisions that shape our production and product coverage.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead and own the full system-level test cycle across the production line (from definition to execution)Drive cross-functional collaboration with hardware, software, marketing, and operations teams worldwideExtract key product insights from stakeholders and documentation to design robust test plansDesign and execute automated system-level tests that reflect real-world usage scenariosAnalyze test results, pinpoint root causes of IC issues, and effectively communicate findingsChampion production quality and make sure what we ship is top-tierContribute to the product’s success by ensuring reliable coverage and test effectivenessWhat we need to see:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Computer/Software Engineering, or related field5+ years of hands-on experience in SoC/Chip/Networking product validation3+ years practical experience with Python (must)Proven leadership and task ownership – able to break down complex projects and prioritizeStrong debugging and problem-solving mindset across hardware and software boundariesSolid understanding of test methodologies and validation strategiesComfortable working independently and collaborating in dynamic teamsFluent in English (written and spoken), with strong communication and presentation skillsWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience in system design or embedded firmware developmentProject or team management experienceFamiliarity with CI/CD environments and automation pipelinesHands-on experience with UNIX/Linux systems and toolsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
