Reporting into the Head of Central Sales Strategy and Operations, you will be in a global role focused on driving revenue growth and retention strategy and operations in partnership in close partnership with our sales operations teams. This role will be expected to define Adobe's global retention forecasting cadence and operating model and work closely with global sales leadership to drive improvements in recurring revenue operations.What you’ll doLeverage structured problem-solving techniques to drive operational rigor and improve processes across Adobe’s sales organization, with a focus on retention strategy and renewal growthDevelop and implement frameworks to measure the health of the retention businessAnalyze raw data to find actionable insights, detect risks and opportunities, and suggest solutions for how to bolster the performance of our sales teams and productsCollaborate with Finance, Sales, GTM, and other collaborators to successfully implement central initiativesBe part of a high-performing team with rich opportunities to develop as a leaderHelp build the Central Operations team by improving our methodologies, mentoring others, and leading engagements end-to-endLearn the Digital Experience Cloud business and develop your network as you collaborate with leaders across Adobe, including Sales and OperationsWhat you need to succeedMBA or equivalent experienceAdvanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with familiarity building models and exec-facing presentations5-7 years of outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendationsStrong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levelsComfort working through ambiguity and building structure around abstract problemsUnderstand the big picture and prioritize issues objectively, focusing on specific details.Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas both verbally & in writingAttention to detail and pride in delivering your best workCuriosity, initiative, and the desire to experimentDemonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technologyDesirable but not essentialWork experience at a leading technology company, strategy or economic consulting organizationExperience crafting GTM strategies/Sales Operations along with a practical understanding of the technologies and tactics necessary for executionDeep knowledge of the technology industry including direct-to-consumer and/or business-to-business modelsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $128,700 -- $251,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
