This senior leader will architect the future of corporate platforms by driving AI-enabled, automation-first capabilities that deliver operational excellence and elevate the employee experience.Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), this role guides a global team of product owners, architects, and technologists in executing a product-centric delivery model aligned to measurable outcomes. Joining us means becoming part of a dynamic team shaping the future of intelligent enterprise solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead the strategic vision and execution of business systems supporting Finance, HR, Legal, and operational functions across the organization.Develop and drive an enterprise-wide roadmap that integrates AI, automation, and low-code/no-code technologies into core business platforms.Partner with functional leaders to design a modern digital workplace that enables faster decision-making, seamless execution, and higher employee engagement.Champion AI-first transformation initiatives, including document intelligence, process mining, predictive workflows, and conversational assistants.Oversee teams building cloud-native, scalable, and intuitive applications that support agility and business growth.Rationalize legacy tools and implement unified, API-driven platforms aligned with enterprise architecture standards.Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Data, and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and compliance.Embed workflow automation, analytics, and self-healing capabilities into daily system operations to drive continuous improvement.Maintain full accountability for the performance of business platforms, including cost efficiency, reliability, user adoption, and business impact.Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team culture rooted in ownership, innovation, and continuous learning.Minimum Requirements:15+ years of leadership in enterprise platforms or business systems, with at least 5 years in a VP or equivalent executive role.Proven experience delivering AI-powered solutions across HR, Finance, or Legal systems, including LLM use cases and intelligent automation.Strong knowledge of corporate business processes—such as Record to Report (Finance), Hire to Retire (HR), and Contract Lifecycle Management (Legal).Expertise with large-scale SaaS platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, and others.Demonstrated success leading agile product teams and managing cross-functional, global delivery models.Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills in complex global environments.Preferred Qualifications:Experience leading enterprise-wide transformations in a global, matrixedorganization.Ability to balance long-term strategic planning with hands-on execution.Comfort operating in dynamic, ambiguous environments with competing priorities.Recognized as an inclusive, inspiring leader who builds trust and alignment across diverse teams.Passion for innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric technology delivery.#LI-DNICompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
