What We’re Looking For: The Product Manager ensures that team efforts are aligned with company and product strategies by leveraging company frameworks such as OKRs/OGSPs.This role will execute that business strategy using effective prioritisation, documentation, communication, and leadership and will work cross-functionally with  peers and leaders to ensure alignment of vision, and proper delivery of projects. This role is data-driven and customer-focused, setting project based KPIs, and utilising the knowledge of the customer to inform strategy and execution. Experience working with mobile teams and delivering mobile-first solutions is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: Determines and communicates team priorities in alignment with overall company goals and strategy. Drives the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, customer analysis, planning, requirements and roadmap development, product launch and product lifecycle management. Drives well-framed and unambiguous product initiatives independently. Leads cross-functional team of engineers and designers in execution of team priorities and release of products, and balances resources to ensure success for the entire organisation. Sets and tracks team- and project-based success metrics and utilises data to inform product priorities and initiatives. Develop feedback loops from users through interviews, surveys, and other methods, for continuous improvement. Works with manager to author  product planning documents, such as an Approach memo, that considers business context, user feedback, and potential impact to the business through measurable behaviours Independently engages organisational stakeholders in support of team priorities. Facilitates communication, addresses concerns, and helps resolve stakeholder issues. Utilises industry and customer research, as well as software familiarity, to develop expertise in their domain.    Things That Should Be In Your Background: 2-5 years of product management experience Experience building and owning a product roadmap Experience collaborating with mobile engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact mobile solutions Structured and data-driven thinking with a strong bias to action Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills Strong empathy and intuition for our learners and customers Experience with agile software development Desire to improve access to education around the world Strong understanding of technical concepts Benefits & Culture Our global employee base is a diverse collection of innovators, dreamers, and doers working together to transform lives through higher education.
