Job Requisition ID #25WD90561Position OverviewAs a Territory Technical Solutions Executive for the Autodesk Construction Cloud portfolio, you play a pivotal role in driving customer success and delivering value. Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, you will collaborate with account teams to understand customer needs, craft solutions, and ensure the achievement of customer objectives through our technology.Responsibilities:Adopt a customer-centric approach, conducting deep technical discovery to uncover user goals and craft tailored solutionsSecure technical closure of proposed solutions through evaluations, architecture definition, product demonstrations, and stakeholder engagementBuild trusted advisor relationships by understanding customer workflows, business processes, and technical requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, deployment, adoption, and product teams to deliver cohesive solutionsShare industry best practices, competitive insights, and technical expertise within the organization and at external eventsRepresent Autodesk at trade shows, webinars, and go-to-market initiatives while supporting marketing effortsProvide continuous feedback to product teams, advocating for customer needs and experiencesMinimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience in the construction industryExperience with SaaS technology and construction project planning/deliveryExpertise in presenting and simplifying complex workflows for diverse AEC audiencesProficiency in Autodesk Platform Services (APS) integration or AI-related development/integration is an advantageFluency in English and VietnameseThe Ideal Candidate:Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of relevant principles and practical applications within their specializationAdopts creative problem-solving to resolve complex issues of diverse scopeExcels at data analysis and judgment to determine effective courses of actionOperates independently with minimal instruction and provides mentorship to colleaguesPossesses a proven ability to build and expand customer accountsNetworks effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders to achieve solutions​#LI-JT1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
