You’ll model what it means to lead by doingWhat You Bring10-15 years in product marketing, go-to-market, or B2B strategy roles—ideally in SaaS, efficiency, or platform environmentsExperience crafting narratives that influence perception—whether through product marketing, strategic comms, PR, or equivalent experienceExperience leading a team and mentoring individuals across abilities and experience levelsProven ability to build central messaging and enablement programs that drive alignment and actionStrong writing, storytelling, and communication skills—you turn complex into clear and scattered into strategicA track record of navigating cross-functional dynamics in matrixed orgs and bringing people along a shared pathExperience working with (or leading) analyst relations and understanding their influence in market positioningCuriosity about emerging technologies—especially AI—and how they influence the future of workHigh comfort toggling between strategy and execution—big picture to fine detailBonus Points If You Have:Experience with enterprise or multi-segment sales cyclesBackground in PR, comms strategy, or executive communicationsBackground in managing content or training agenciesFamiliarity with brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and campaign planningExperience launching or repositioning a product in a shifting competitive landscapeStrong narrative instinct and ability to capture customer voice and toneOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $141,200 -- $249,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
