This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced global eCommerce environment, working alongside experienced marketers and contributing to initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue. Responsibilities SEO Optimization Support SEO efforts using platforms like SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console to improve organic search performance. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities. Optimize on-page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, headers, and internal linking structures. Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across product and blog pages. Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics and assist in reporting key metrics. Email Marketing Assist in managing the global email marketing calendar and cadence, ensuring timely and consistent campaign execution. Coordinate with regional teams and translation vendors to manage localization and translation of email content for global EDM sends. Build, test, and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring accuracy in content, links, and audience segmentation. Track email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and support A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness. Maintain and update subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and segmentation strategies. Campaign Coordination & Reporting Support campaign planning and execution by coordinating asset production, approvals, and stakeholder alignment. Monitor and report on campaign performance across SEO and email channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, category leads, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and execution. Requirements Strong interest in digital marketing, especially SEO and email marketing. Detail-oriented with a proactive and curious mindset. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with global teams. Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and ability to interpret performance data. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Team player who can work independently and collaboratively.
