Remote work is not an option.ResponsibilitiesEmpowers the organization to adapt, collaborate and maximize value creationUnderstands the core Agile frameworks and adapts them for effective delivery, driven by each frameworks principles and valuesCoaches continuous planning and delivery at Value Stream and Solution levelsGrasps business context (organization, industry, competitors, Broadcom/customer challenges) to understand how teams deliver value, supporting APMs and Product ManagersServes as Scrum Master for teams, encompassing all related responsibilitiesEmbraces a coaching mindset: beliefs, values, and attitudes for effective individual/system interactionUnderstands and utilizes different coaching stances and techniques (powerful questions, clean language, reflection, etc)Mentors Scrum Masters and other coaches by sharing expertise and experiencesHosts teaching events: New Hire Agile training, role-based training (Product Owner, Kanban, Story/Feature writing), and can design/build training sessionsFocuses on quarterly goals at Value Stream and Solution levels, ensuring alignment with team-level goals. Regularly attends meetings at VS and solution levelsLeads and guides Scrum Masters, serving as a mentor, teacher, and sharing Lean/Agile expertise relevant to their specific situationsFacilitates development and learning across the organization through individual and team coachingCoaches leadership and teams on the use of metrics and other objective measuresPromotes a culture of continuous improvementGuides Scrum Masters and teams on how to stay on track with agile techniques, tailoring their approach to each team or situationRequired skills and qualificationsBachelors degree in computer science or global equivalent in a related fieldTypically 12 or more years of experience in an Agile Software Development environment or a related fieldSubject matter expert in scrum, kanban, and lean principlesExperience working and coaching in an agile environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred skills and qualificationsAgile Coach CertificationExperience coaching at large organization(s)Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $127,100 - $203,400 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
