Scope: This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in shaping the associate experience while contributing to the success of a growing organization.As a key member of our Associate Success team, you will play a pivotal role in building a dynamic and thriving workplace culture.Our Current Technical Environment:Software: Workday, Service Now.Technical Skills Needed: Microsoft Office, O365.What You Will Do:HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and drive organizational growth within the Indian market.Team Support: Act as a liaison between the HR team and other business functions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to meet organizational needs across India.Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to HR initiatives to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Employee Engagement: Support the HR team in building strong relationships with employees, understanding their needs, and ensuring their success within Blue Yonder.Problem Resolution: Assist in resolving complex HR-related issues by coordinating with relevant teams and providing strategic guidance tailored to the Indian context.Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the HR team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver top-tier employee service in India.Feedback Loop: Gather and analyse employee feedback from the Indian market to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee interactions.Project Management: Lead or support HR projects aimed at improving employee experience, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives in India.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on HR success metrics, initiatives, and outcomes to senior management, with a focus on the Indian market.What We Are Looking For:Master’s degree in human resources with 12 to 15yrs of experience in HR, employee relations, or a related role within a technology or SaaS company in India.Proven track record of driving employee success and satisfaction.Experience as a HR business partner handling the entire employee lifecycle and having deep knowledge of HR best practices and processes.  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees and internal teams.Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills with the ability to build relationships across levels.  Experience in Workday and ServiceNow as a ticketing tool to track HR metric will be beneficial. Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
