ABOUT THE ROLE We are on a mission to transform how electronics are made—bringing intelligence, scalability, and flexibility to the factory floor. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems & Solutions to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end supply chain processes and systems within a growing manufacturing environment. This role will serve as a critical link between functional supply chain teams and technology stakeholders, leading the design and deployment of scalable, integrated solutions that drive efficiency, agility, and data-informed decision-making across operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in supply chain functions—including planning, procurement, warehousing, and inventory management—along with proven experience in designing process frameworks, selecting best-fit tools, and leading successful ERP and WMS implementations. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Map, analyze, and optimize supply chain processes across planning, procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations Apply lean principles to eliminate waste, improve flow, and enhance operational agility Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and simplification across systems and workflows Lead the design and integration of scalable supply chain solutions across ERP, WMS, PLM, QMS, and analytics platforms Own tools evaluation, selection, and implementation processes in collaboration with Product and business leaders Drive requirements gathering, configuration, and UAT in partnership with business stakeholders Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and product/R&D teams to define short- and long-term technology roadmaps Own and drive strategic initiatives such as automated warehouse deployments, traceability, and supplier collaboration platforms Work with data analytics teams to enable forecasting, demand planning, and supplier KPI visibility Partner with functional stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout and sustained adoption of new systems and workflows Lead training, communication, and support initiatives to drive operational readiness and continuous improvement Serve as internal SME for supply chain system usage, enhancements, and process evolution WHAT WE WANT TO SEE 7+ years of experience in manufacturing-focused supply chain operations with exposure to planning, procurement, warehouse, and inventory management. Hands-on experience with major ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and WMS systems; experience with automated warehouse solutions is a strong plus. Proven track record designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain solutions across tools and processes. Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and their practical application in supply chain. Experience managing cross-functional projects involving business process improvement and systems integration.
