This is a high-impact role ideal for someone looking to kickstart or grow their career in tech sales within a dynamic and culturally diverse region.The Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the META (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa) region is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities to support the regional sales pipeline. This role focuses on inbound prospecting, lead qualification, and early-stage engagement with potential customers across multiple industries.ResponsibilitiesConduct targeted outreach via phone, email, and social channels to identify and engage qualified prospectsQualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria and hand off to Account ExecutivesMaintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)Collaborate with marketing to support regional campaigns and eventsStay informed about industry trends, regional market dynamics, and competitive positioningMeet and exceed KPIs including call volume, meetings booked, and pipeline contributionMinimum qualifications1–2 years of sales or business development experience in the B2B tech or SaaS industryNative Arabic, Fluent in English; knowledge of Turkish is a plusStrong communication, organisational, and time-management skillsFamiliarity with the META region’s business culture and sales practicesSelf-motivated with a proactive and resilient attitude#LI-IS1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
