Job Description The Hispanic Field Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing B2B field marketing and ABM strategies to drive business growth and strengthen Adobe’s positioning in Latin America. Acting as a bridge between sales, marketing, and enterprise accounts, this professional will ensure that all initiatives are aligned with business objectives, growing the pipeline through creation, progression, and revenue acceleration. This role requires strong experience in data-driven marketing, event management, and relationship programs, as well as the ability to orchestrate multichannel campaigns that impact high-level decision-makers (C-Level, VP, Directors). The professional will work collaboratively with internal teams and partners, ensuring that all actions improve return on investment and support the business KPI's. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to drive opportunities and strengthen relationships with enterprise accounts. Lead events and relationship programs crafted to accelerate pipeline creation, progression, and upsell opportunities. Manage multichannel marketing campaigns, integrating them with sales initiatives to support pipeline growth and drive upsell strategies within existing accounts. Collaborate with sales teams and strategic alliances to ensure that marketing initiatives are highly effective in converting opportunities. Analyze customer data and insights to optimize campaigns, ensuring personalization and relevance in interactions. Manage marketing budgets and resources, ensuring efficiency and maximum impact of initiatives.
