Senior Creative Designer

This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong design portfolio, a passion for innovation, and the ability to translate business strategy into impactful design solutions. ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute medium to large-sized design projects from concept to deliveryTranslate strategic objectives into creative concepts that resonate with target audiencesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to ensure cohesive brand messagingImprove design processes and contribute to the evolution of design systems and brand guidelinesMentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during design reviewsPresent creative concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectivelyStay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovationQualifications Required:5–8 years of professional design experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environmentProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or SketchStrong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual storytelling and brand design across digital and printExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience leading projectsStrong organizational and time management skillsDesired:Marketing experience and/or a previous role in a digital media company a plusBachelor’s degree in Digital Arts, Graphic Design or Film preferred If you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement at nCino. The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement.
